Referral and Transfer
One of the procedures to receive medical treatment at PCCE is referring from another hospital, you need to:
1. Download the referral form. The form should be filled and signed by the consultant who is responsible for the case to be transferred.
2. Attach the available medical reports and images.
3. Send the referral form and the reports to the email : hos-pcce@kau.edu.sa
4. The referral committee of PCCE will study the case and decide if it will be accepted. If PCCE accepted the case, the patient will be informed.
5. Download and fill in the form of transfer to PCCE by the consultant in charge of the case.
6. After that PCCE team will coordinate to admit the patient to the hospital.
